Rental Application

​TERMS & CONDITIONS

• You consent to a background check (no violent crimes permitted)

• One proof of income must be emailed to urbanpropertyfirm@gmail.com 

• Each housemate will strive to respect one another.  

• No guest outside of those rented is to be permitted for more than 24hrs on premises in a week.

• You may not store more than one vehicle on site.

• No loud music or smoking in house can smoke on the outside premises

• You will not enter another housemates room or disturb a housemates personal belongings.

• All shared spaces must be kept clean after each use.

• One chore is to be done once per week, including bathroom or kitchen cleaning

• Late rent is unacceptable. late fee is $25 for the first 24 hours and the room will be considered vacant and rentable if not paid within 48 hours of the due date

• No pets are allowed 

• The landlord will not enter your locked room without 24hr notice

• Room is on a weekly basis and rent can be paid in advance for one month or is due once weekly

• No illegal contraband onsite.

• No cash payments accepted

• All violators will be denied the option to rent at the end of their week.
